At first, a robotic arm slides into one of the prepackaged refridgerated pizza storage containers, it then tears off the protective film and slides it onto a conveyor belt.  This conveyor then rolls the pizza into the built in infrared oven (just like the toaster ovens used at Subway).  In 90 seconds when your pie is finished, the robotic arm once again dives into action as it slides the pizza onto a flat box and spits it out of the front of the machine.  From there it is up to you what you want to do with it-- either eat it greedily or save it for later.

Now, I don't see this machine ever replacing Pizza Hut, but I do feel there would be a strong market for it in colleges, corporate business buildings, and airports (among many, many others).

At first, most people would say "Why would I want to get pizza from a vending machine?" and that is understandable.  However, if you were unfortunate to live in one of the many places on campus without in-house dining options than you could probably see the merit of not having to bundle up like the kid from The Christmas Story and trek across Bowling Green's arctic tundra to get a bite to eat for lunch.

Only have 15 minutes for your lunch break and don't have time to wait for a pie to be delivered?  Then there is always Pizza Wonder!

In between transfers at a busy airport?  Why stand in line for boring and overpriced fast food when you can get a fresh and hot pizza baked just for you by a robot in 90 seconds!!!

I honestly think this is an amazing idea.  

I just wish I had the capital to invest in a few machines to test the market here in the dorms that don't have food options.  I would have to believe there would be some strong interest from the students who live in these places.

I could make millions!!!
